Refund policy

Any purchase — a single session or a subscription payment — can be refunded in full within 30 days of the order date. You do not need to justify a change of mind.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order, or email us at support@plainspoken.app and we'll arrange it for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and any remaining sessions stay usable until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel from the Manage billing link on your account page or through paddle.net.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within five to ten business days.
